New with tags. Beautiful Katie May- Noel and Jean, Gigi skirt. This flattering skirt is full length with fitted ruching at the top. It has the original tags and “Do not remove” tag running the full length of the dress. This can be cut off easily with scissors before you wear it.
I bought this for my elopement, but ended up wearing a dress instead. The skirt is on the original hanger and in the original protection it was shipped in, as you can see by the sticker label in the photo.
