The Dress

Karen Willis Holmes “Freya”
Worn once to my wedding. Comes with the Camilla veil worth $250.
It is really comfortable, boning adds shape but doesn’t dig in and the dress feels light and flowy. Beautiful hand sequined flowers (not sparkly, more of a matte finish). Lovingly looked after, dry cleaned and stored in box. No faults or loose threads/beading. Note that I am short and it has been hemmed (see “alterations”).

This gown looks like a structured, tailored wedding dress but by beading the sequins onto a bias cut skirt these dresses have flexibility in the fit and will accommodate many different body shapes. The weight of the sequins allows the dress to skim the body in a figure flattering way.

Belt lightly stitched onto the dress to avoid it being displaced when wearing.
