The Dress

Beautiful dress bought from Jessica Bridal
Worn once, sad to be letting it go but it seems a shame for someone to not get the enjoyment out of it that I did on my wedding day!
Very comfortable, wore it all night no problems.
Three layers to this dress, lace on top and a silk type lining underneath with a shimmery layer in between which seems to give the dress a bit of added depth without being too flashy.
Between the bust and between the front and back of the dress there is a very fine mesh that can only be seen up close.
Paid $2850 brand new. Professionally dry cleaned.
Very minor damage to the back of the dress that could be easily repaired- a small button was sewn in just below waist height to pin the tail of the dress up for dancing. My husband stood on part of the dress and popped the button off almost immediately after the ceremony! Where the button was sewn the seam in the top layer of the dress (lace part)has come apart - approx 3cm in length but could be repaired unnoticeably. No other marks or damage to the dress.

Alterations

Very minor alterations made to make it slightly more fitting around the waist and slightly shorter in the shoulder, other than that it is a true size ten.
