Brand new Victor Harper beautifully elegant fit and flare gown. The sweetheart neckline, lace and tulle gown is from fall 2020 collection (#485) and was purchased for $2,575.00 (receipt is available).
Shimmer with lace in ivory/light blush has off the shoulder straps but those could be removed if strapless was wanted. Extremely comfortable and the train is simply gorgeous!
