The Dress
Size 8 StarGazer gown made in New Zealand for my wedding 2 years ago.
Dry cleaned after wedding. Good as new condition.
Alterations
-I had the train of the dress altered as came very long. This was tailored by a lace specialist who pieced the train back together very delicately so it is unoticable to an untrained eye. The train which comes with the original dress is very long. I still kept some length and there is an ankle attachment as well as a button up fixture with the train so two ways to keep it from getting in the way on the dancefloor.
-Under the bust was taken in a few cm to fit my figure better. I think this would suit and fit any size 8 girl as the original comes very straight down and Rue De Seine often expect people to alter their dresses when they get them.
-Some of the extra material at the back of the dress was taken away as the back area was billowing out a little more than desired. Again this would fit any size 8 figure and just makes the dress more fitting to this figure.
