The Dress

Our wedding was in December 2020 and I felt absolutely amazing in this Chosen by One Day gown!
The gown is very comfortable to wear, including when sitting down. I received many compliments about the gown from friends and family. The pattern and natural/nude/mushroom colour is very unique to make a stand out gown!

The gown includes a wrist loop and bustle, so that you can pick up the gown with the wrist loop when walking around to get photo's and then bustle the dress later in the day/night to tuck up the train.

Dry cleaning:
The dress is in excellent condition and has been dry cleaned at Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners, who specialise in dry cleaning wedding gowns.

Size:
I usually wear AU size 8 on top and AU size 8-10 on bottom.
I wore 2cm heels on the day as I am 179cm without shoes - the dress hasn't been hemmed, so if you were shorter it could be hemmed up to suit your height.

The sister of our ‘Lotte’ gown, meet ‘London’ with geometric lace and a plunging neckline. London’s neckline brings all the drama, but doesn’t forget the ease, the bodice is supported with illusion tulle and custom cups. This streamline silhouette is finished with a mermaid skirt, plunging back and buttons.

Alterations

Alterations included:
Shortening of the straps, tightening of the waistline and hand-sewn tucking of the illusion tulle along the V neckline.
