This is a NEW Oleg Cassini dress. It was altered to fit a size 12. The bust was taken in and a little bit by the knees. It’s also been shortened and a bustle was added. A rhinestone belt was sewn on but can also be taken off. A bra was also added into the dress. The dress was never worn!
