The Dress

The dress has more of an a-line silhouette rather than a traditional ball gown. It has a sweetheart bodice with illusion lace with crystal beads. The buttons are hidden on the left shoulder so you can see the intricate lace details on the back. There’s a detachable lining with some boning underneath the bodice. The skirt of the dress has soft tulle layers with Chantilly appliqués.

I wore a hoop underneath the dress to avoid stepping on the dress.

This comes with a matching long, whimsical veil, which I’m selling together with the dress.

Alterations

I found this beautiful Pronovias dress at a boutique shop and is originally a size 12 (US). I loved everything about the dress so I bought it new, although it was too big for me. I found an amazing wedding dress alteration shop that was able to alter it down to a size 4/6ish (US). She altered it in a way where the original lace was not cut but rather folded in, tucked and sewn in the front under the bust areas. It can be opened up to the original size for reselling purposes.
