Dress was purchased back in 2016 and never worn (only for a few moments to take photos in). I am smaller in the photos then when I purchased so I used the measurements from when I bought the dress. It comes with a belt that was purchased separately. Dress is extremely comfortable and the fabric is also not heavy. I was absolutely in love with this dress when I initially purchased it, it made me feel extremely beautiful. If you love lace this is the perfect dress for you. It is currently still in the bag from the store in a closest (smoke and pet free home). The dress has not been altered in any way.
