Brand New! It was shipped brand new to the bridal store and I have only tried it on twice. Decided I wanted a different one. It’s been stored safely. This is a fantastic offer being brand new and whoever purchases it will feel like a princess! It’s a beautiful dress! It’s a ballgown with lovely capped sleeves and beautiful lace appliqués and trim. The outer layer tulle lays really well and has gorgeous lace sewn on it by hand. The color is white and I didn’t purchase the beaded belt.
