The Dress

Beautiful custom made ivory wedding dress. Never been worn out, only tried on within the house. I absolutely adore this dress but unfortunately the covid-19 situation has meant we’ve had a change of wedding plans and we’re going a lot more low-key than intended. This dress is such a showstopper it deserves a big wedding! It’s a real princess dress and like nothing I’d tried on anywhere else.

I had this dress custom made. The video is my actual dress, video sent to me by the dressmaker.

It features a fitted bodice with built in cups and supportive straps, the gorgeous satin material is boned to hold you in. It has a stunning backless design, with sheer panels at either side with faux pearls. Zip closure. The skirt sits gorgeously, with lots of organza underneath to give shape. It’s got a gorgeous cathedral length train. The dress is relatively heavy thanks to the satin and the layers of organza underneath to give it shape - so it sits beautifully. It’s not too heavy that it’s not comfy though, it swishes and moves beautifully! I’d say the colour is between white and ivory - a bright, stunning ivory that’s super flattering.

The dress is exactly what I wanted - modern and minimal but a big enough skirt to give some drama! It reminds me of my fave designers - Jenny Yoo, Suzanne Neville, Monique Lhuillier and Jesus Peiro but with some unique touches too :-)

The price really is a bargain for the quality of the dress! I’m gutted to let it go but it just wouldn’t be right for the small wedding we’re now planning.

The dress is made to measure for my body - I’m a UK size 10 and 5 foot 6.5 inches tall.

1. Waist: 68cm
2. Hips: 96cm
3. Bust: 87cm
