The Dress

The time has come to say goodbye to my beautiful wedding dress. Although I absolutely love it, it deserves to be worn and loved by someone else on their special day. I can honestly say that the dress has good luck! My husband and I are happily married and have just had our first child. I am hoping to use the funds from selling this dress to help with the next chapter of our life.

This dress is a Bertossi Bride original - Jane. Made from Italian lace, silk stain and silky tulle. The colour is natural white. It has crystal details on the bodice. I had it professionally dry cleaned and stored in acid-free tissue paper after our wedding. Before posting this add I carefully checked it over for damage. It does have a small tear at the bottom right side of the dress in the tulle layer. I have photos of the damage. As you can see, the distance photo doesn't capture and hides it well in the other layers of tulle.

I loved wearing this dress on my wedding day. It was comfortable and soft on my skin - the sheer top wasn't irritating at all. I wear about a bra size 10E which fit my bust well so I didn't need to wear a bra or any tape and it was very soft on my skin - no rash or discomfort. I am 174cm tall and my shoes had a 5cm heal. I am including the floor length veil with the dress which perfectly complements it. If you would like the belt let me know and I can add it in. I usually wear a size 10 borderline size 8.
