The Dress

For sale is my dream wedding gown and veil worn once for my wedding in September 2020. I have never felt so beautiful in my life and I would love to give someone else the chance to wear this special gown on their special day.

The dress is a custom design altered from a Susanne Neville 'Kensington' gown made with exquisite Italian Silk Crepe material - very soft and it drapes in the most elegant way. It is strapless, with a sturdy corset hidden under a bodice fastening with soft buttons running down the train. It feels very secure when it's on and really accentuates the waist.

I had the top of the gown professionally altered from the original to create a gentle sweetheart neckline and to add embroidered flowers in the centre of the sweetheart, emphasising the bust shape nicely against the defined waist.

The Veil is the beautiful 'Ilona' from Britten Weddings, a silk style barely there floor length veil. The veil has been customised with over 100 individual hand-sown embroidered flowers to match the detailing on the gown.

The gown is very versatile as it can be worn strapless or paired with an additional top, so you can really customise it to your dream outfit. As you can see in the photos, I paired it with a top made from Ivory Embroidered Lace 'Rowan' from Bridal Fabrics, the same as the embroidered flowers on the gown and veil. I changed the top to wear a sparkly one in the evening, shown in the photos for inspiration.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and pressed by Boxed Bridal in Southampton. Photos of the dress hanging have been taken after the dry cleaning and therefore in the current condition. Please note the £450 price includes the gown only. The veil is for sale for an additional £100. The tops are not for sale.
