this dress is BRAND NEW. I had the dress shortened from the original design and it's super cute!
I highly recommend having a short dress for dancing. Even if you're not sure, it's nice to have it as an option at the end of the day. I ended up buying two short dress and not wearing this one (the other one fit more with my venue & theme)
