The silk tulle moves like a cloud. The tulle is what I believe is called french tulle (silk). Outer fabric: Malfory Tulle 100% polyester, & Washed Chiffon 100% silk, . Lining: Stretch ChameuseI 96% Polyester 4% spandex, Shanghai Tissue Organza 100% silk. The dress is strapless but with silk tulle straps.
Alterations
I had extra silk tulle added to the skirt portion of the dress and I had them attach silk tulle straps to the top.
