The Dress

From the designer: The epitome of glamorous bridal style, this glam ballgown with sequin details from Martina Liana was designed for the bride looking to make a statement on her wedding day. A plunging sweetheart neckline accentuates the lace bodice of this gown, framing the face beautifully. From the waist, the full ballgown skirt extends to the ground, allowing the sequin detail to sparkle and shine. This sequin detail continues down the back of the skirt, finishing in a slight train, complete with lace appliques. The back of this glam ballgown with sequin details zips up beneath crystal buttons.

I had the lace detailing added around the entire bottom of the dress (the original design only had lace detailing on the back, as you can see in the last two pictures). The only alteration that was made was for it to be shortened for me to wear Nikes with it. I wore 4 inch heels for my ceremony though and you could not tell the difference at all! It was only worn for my wedding day and a photo shoot in Disney World two days later. Since then, it's been stored in a closet and it's time for it to move on to the next bride!
