The Dress

This spectacular dress is a real show stopper. It would suit a bride who is looking for something a little different and doesn't mind being the centre of attention. It was an absolute dream to wear - it was beautifully comfortable, moved extremely well, and looks amazing in photos (thanks for the enormous amount of beading and sequin detail). Remains a current One Day Bridal (Khya) style - still available on the website.

Dress comes in two pieces:
1. Underlay dress (which is pretty stunning on it's own) is a tan colour. Thick straps, low V neck-line, no sleeves, running all the way to the floor.
2. Overlay dress is a stunning beaded tulle and has additional tulle to build a reasonably full skirt on top of the underlay dress.

DESIGN/FIT: Fitted bodice with full skirt, balloon sleeve, V back.

FABRIC: Beaded tulle.

COLOUR: White gold metallic beading.

FASTENING: Centre back zip

SIZE: One Day Bridal label is size 10; Would fit regular size 18-20 beautifully.

CLEANING: Underlay has been carefully hand washed.

CONDITION: Both dresses are in excellent used condition. Worn for a sit-down lunchtime wedding during Covid (no dancing and therefore very limited wear to the dress overall). Beading remains in excellent condition. Very small amounts of wear are evident on middle layer of tulle. This cannot be seen when wearing. No fake tan; no stains; kept in non-smoking household.

Alterations

Custom alterations made by One Day Bridal to back of dress. The original back had a wide open back. Alterations made to replace this with a more flattering V back - this allows for a regular bra to be worn easily with the dress.

Additional non-permanent alterations made to the hem of both layers- temporarily raised with light stitching. Can be very easily returned to original length, which is approximately 123cm from waist to hem. Temporary alterations made for someone ~170cm (with shoes).
