The Dress

The details of the dress are:

-Bought new from Hills In Hollywood in Canberra on 8/7/2014

-Bought for $2,000, selling for $1,000

-Label: Jean Fox

-Style: Piper

-Size 10

-No alterations (yep, I got really lucky there!)

-Ivory

-Satin and lace (no beading, but you could easily add beads if you wanted to)

-Mini fishtail

-Mini train

-Zipper back with covered buttons

-Off the shoulder lace straps

-Professionally cleaned by Garran shops drycleaners. (Apparently they are the best in Canberra for cleaning wedding dresses. The dress was pretty clean to start with, but they still did a great job.)

-All original receipts for the dress and dry cleaning are available

The satin sash with silk flower is separate, but if you're interested in buying that, I'm happy to negotiate.

I got really lucky with this dress, and it fit me perfectly from the beginning. The dress was really comfortable on the day, but was structured enough (with boning through the top half) that I felt completely supported and not worried about anything falling down, or slipping out(!). Also, I didn't need to wear any special underwear on the day, due to the in-built support.
