The Dress

This gown has a strapless neckline and rounded dropped waistline. Beaded lace features paisley motifs and adorns the lower part of the bodice, hemline and semi-cathedral train. Full skirt is achieved by adding a double box pleat at the center back and 2 more pleats on each side. An extra layer of organza at the hemline and a scalloped edge hem, along with a delicate contrasting bow at the waist make this gown timeless. The gown beautifully under-bustles to showcase the delicate beading work around the hem of the dress.

Immediately following the wedding, this dress was professionally cleaned and professionally preserved in a sealed box. I have not opened the box ,as to keep the dress in mint condition. I am almost positive the cathedral-length train is in the box as well-- it's yours if it is.

Alterations

I am 5'1" and large-busted. The dress is a size 12 to accommodate my bust and was taken in at the waist. Then length of the gown was hemmed from the waist to not lose the detailing at the bottom. I wore 2.5" heels with this gown. If you are a shorter bride, this gown is for you!
