The Dress

I wore this beautiful gown in November 2014 for my wedding in Sydney. This vintage inspired all-silk gown showcases beautiful chiffon, chantilly lace cap sleeves and sequins dotted around the bodice, sleeves and back. A row of silk clad buttons secures the back of the dress from the neck down to the waist. The waist is clinched by a silk sequin embellished sash (front) which continues around into a flat bow at the back. The bodice falls away into a silk skirt which skims the hips and bottom, filling out into a long puddle train.

The gown is an AU/UK size 6 and the following alterations were done (a) the waist was lifted approx. 3cm and (b) the length was taken up to suit 158cm frame wearing 12cm high heels. The gown has been professionally dry cleaned and is in fabulous condition.
