Ivory Lillian West dress, straps and embellishment around the waist can be removed. (I had the straps sewn so I could wear them on my shoulder but can be worn off the shoulder or strapless).
There were no alterations to the dress aside from to shorten it to fit with me at 5 ft 6 wearing high heels.
