The Dress

I felt very elegant and beautiful wearing this dress and a lot of guests are still commenting on how gorgeous and slimming this gown was on. Best bit is how comfortable it is to wear. I wore it in late July 2021 just 4 months after having a baby and it hugged me in all the right places! I can't wait to pass it onto another bride who can feel just as stunning as I did on my wedding day.

It's the "Imogen" dress (RRP $3590) with custom long sleeves added ($290). These are the same sleeves as are on the "Aubery" dress.

It's "as new". I wore it for 6 hours and got it dry cleaned the next day at Leon's Fine Dry Cleaning in East Brisbane. They specialise in wedding dresses. ($400).

I also have a custom 160cm Amelie George pearl veil which I wore with it. I'm happy to include that for an additional $150.

Alterations

The dress has had $400 worth of alterations through Aniko at Warner (Brisbane) who is a former Karen Willis Holmes seamstress.

The hem was taken up to just touch the ground. I’m 162cm tall and was wearing 7cm heels.

The V neck was taken in to fit a DD cup.

A bustle was also added so the train can be reduced for the reception.
