Zip up back, it came with bust cups.
Minor alterations made are to the hem I’m 5’7. And the straps were altered 2 inches. The waist was the perfect fit I would say true to size. 27 inch waist. If you look up Carmel Gown on BHLDN it has their size charts and complete description of the dress.
