The Dress

This dress is so comfortable to wear - the inside layer is silky and feels like pyjamas against your skin. The layers of tulle and long train make you feel like a princess, are very romantic, and photographs beautifully. The lace is a beautiful mix of small and large realistic looking flowers and vines with some sequins for a touch of sparkle, but not too much. The dress is all in ivory. The cups are round in shape (no pointy boobs!). The V-back goes to just below your mid back, and gives the dress a sexy feel. Likewise the V-neck comes to a comfortable level. The dress comes recently dry cleaned, no rips, and in a Madi Lane garment bag. Looking forward to another bride being able to enjoy the dress too!

Alterations

Added illusion long sleeves with tulle and lace purchased directly from Madi Lane, to match the dress. Placed the lace with special consideration to match the dress style - like vines down the arm in a feminine and gentle way. If not a fan of sleeves, they could easily be removed by a seamstress. Thin cups were added to the inside of the bust, but the cups can be easily removed if you do not need the slight additional padding. The length of the dress was also slightly shortened for my height. A bustle was also added to the train.
