The Dress

Hi Future Bride!
You will feel like a true princess on your big day in this gorgeous Monique Lhuillier dress. The style is Treasure, and it's the pure white color (not off-white or silver, white.) The reason I fell in love is because of that traditional corset fit that Monique does really is just incredibly flattering, and the lace on the body of the dress is just gorgeous, with a beautiful trim on the bottom.The belt I purchased from Monique directly was wrapped in tulle which I would recommend because then you don't have to worry about anything catching on the gorgeous lace (but I'm not selling the belt!)

Alterations:
- I actually had a bit of extra lace added to the bodice (done by Monique's seamstress) to ensure that you can't see the boning of the dress anywhere. (I wouldn't recommend the dress in white without it!)
- It was hemmed to fit me at 5' 5" with a 2 inch heel. So you have a bit of flexibility there as long as you are under 5' 7"
- It was taken in a good amount in the chest. I am generally a 6 but was closer to a 4 for the wedding. I did not add any cups.
- The custom bustle is gorgeous. I don't have a great picture of it bustled but it's really pretty

Damage:
-There's a little bit of damage on the lace under the left armpit and on the side bottom hem of the dress (The front hem is perfect though!) Other than that the dress is really in amazing condition.
