The Dress

Berta 20-101 dress purchased from The Wedding Club, London and made in time for my wedding in 10th October 2021.

The size is Berta 40, which is equivalent to U.K. 10 or US 6. The standard Berta 40 measurements are:
Bust 92cm
Waist 70cm
Hips (including bum) 96cm

The material is quite stretchy so there is some tolerance by approx 2cm.
Please see alterations for info on where I had it taken in to fit my body. I am a bra size 34B. This would also fit a C cup.

I received so many compliments on the dress, including ‘the most beautiful dress ever seen’. Many were in awe! I would love for someone to wear this dress and feel as stunning as I did.

There is some dirt along the hem which the professional cleaner had forgot to remove. I was abroad for my wedding therefore I had to take it back before they could clean it again. It can be easily cleaned out using soft brush with soap and water, or of course this may not even be needed if the hem is shortened again. Unfortunately there are a few holes and tears on the tulle at the inside near the bottom of the dress as my heels got caught on it. The worst parts (pictured) are at the innermost layer and therefore would not be visible when the dress is worn. Note that there are 6 layers in this dress!! I would be more than happy to send more pictures/video, please ask.

You can also view in person but will not be allowed to try it on to preserve the dress as much as possible.
