This beautiful dress by Rue de Seine has never been worn, and has not been altered. My wedding celebration was unfortunately cancelled due to covid concerns. I planned on having straps added to the dress, so I bought 60 inches of extra fabric from Rue de Seine to do so. The fabric is the same as the fabric used for the belt. The extra fabric is included in the price of the dress to use however you would like!
