I am 5’4 in 3 inch heels. Dress is made of allll sequins and is in great condition but will also include extras fabric, sequins, built in bra, and $400 medium length veil included. Underneath is sheer with sewn in lining that can be taken out if you prefer the sheer look or keep it for more of a conservative look below. I am a 38 C this can be taken in for smaller busts. It is really hard for me to let this dress go. It compliments all shapes and sizes.
