The Dress

Gorgeous, bohemian, modern lace gown with an incredible long and intricate scalloped edged train. It has a nice weight to it that feels glamorous and fits like a glove, hugs the curves so it's sexy but subtle—but also comfortable to walk, sit, and dance in. The lace color is ivory with a nude undertone and slip that adds a touch of modern, boho flare. See note about straps below in Alterations.

I loved this dress so much so it hurts to sell it, but it deserves to live another day of glory! Maybe this happens to everyone, but I got a MILLION compliments on this dress. I couldn't find lace that felt modern to me until I laid my eyes on this beauty. If you're looking for a sweet, flattering, modern boho feel, this is the one.

Alterations

The straps of this dress were originally meant to drape far off the shoulder at about elbow length, but I had the dress customized to make them into standard straps that almost mimic a capped sleeve. It's possible to have a tailor remove them and make this dress strapless, but not to go back to long-drape style as that material had been cut. Though, you could have them fall off the shoulder at a higher length. Personally, I found the long, elbow-length drape a bit non-functional, though maybe people like it for pictures. Very Bohemian. Also had custom bustle tailored as well as an interior band with adjustable hook and eye closure to fit waist perfectly and stay put.
