I bought this dress February 2020, but ended my engagement. This dress is absolutely beautiful, brand new, no alterations, hasn’t been worn. It comes with straps that you can button on. It is Tulle & lace fabric. Cute little 3D flowers. I’m 5’4, about 120lbs. 32/34 B/C cup size. Length of the dress is very long so I don’t think height would be an issue.
