This dress was bought at a size 12, then altered in the waist to about an 8. Please see alterations description listed.
Ivory over Champagne gown with illusion, lace, and tulle.
Lace motifs embellished in sequins over layers of lite sparkle tulle.
Illusion lace bodice.
Illusion halter neckline over sweetheart neckline.
Sheer back with lace motifs.
Covered buttons over zippered closure.
Alterations
This dress was bought at a size 12, then altered in the waist. It is still a size 12 in the bust (39", I wear a 34F/G, which is slightly larger than a DDD). The waist was altered down to about 28.5'', closer to a size 8. That fabric is still in the dress, and the waist can be let out to the original size 12. Or the dress could be altered down as well.
There are TWO styles of bustle built in and ready! The Victorian, as well as a triple French. Both options look great, and were done by the best of the best. (See French bustle in final photo.)
The hem is the original length, so it is long enough for a 5'11'' bride wearing flats. Or it can be hemmed for a shorter height.
