The Dress
Beautiful white dress with almond underlay. Worn Sept 2021 at an outdoor venue. The dress has been professionally cleaned & preserved but it does still have mud stains at the front hem that did not come out (pictured). Otherwise, the dress is absolutely gorgeous and in great shape! I had many compliments on it. Form fitting with some stretch which made it particularly comfortable compared to other wedding gowns I tried on. I am 5' 7' & 153 lbs with a pear-shaped figure for reference. Veil included in price (originally $250). It is a long, plain comb veil worn 1x for ceremony only and in great condition (also pictured).
Alterations
-Hemmed (to fit 5' 7" with 3" heels; bottom of dress still touches floor without feet showing)
-Straps made slightly smaller
-Bustle added (pictured)
-Buttons individually reinforced for added strength (the dress material is heavy so this was necessary with the addition of the bustle)
-Alteration costs were over $600 from a private & experienced tailor
