The Dress
The Lawrence gown has beautiful structure and a flattering, classic design. It is elegant while remaining extremely comfortable. It features a square neckline, low scalloped back, and luxurious deep pockets. It has gorgeous illusion side cutouts that add a slightly dramatic touch, pulling in the waistline to enhance a shape that is seemingly both modern and timeless. It is fitted in the bust and waist, and loose at the hips. The taffeta fabric is luxurious and flowy, creating beautiful movement for photos, which you can see in the attached photos in the wind!!
I wear a size 12 (European size 30) in pants and have a 36C bust cup. I purchased a size 12, which fit me like a glove. In other wedding dresses, I would have had to purchase a size 14, but the sizing of this dress is similar to street sizes.
Alterations
I had the dress minimally altered, simply shortening the shoulder straps and hemming the bottom of the dress to my height (5’ 8” in heels).
