Paloma by Noel and Jean by Katie May. I recently purchased this dress on Stillwhite. The dress is new with tags and in great condition with no alterations. The fabric is thick but also has a lot of stretch so it is very comfortable and could fit a wide range of sizes. The elegant small train on the back is easy to walk in. I purchased as a second dress to change into for dancing and it is perfect for that. I am happy to answer any questions!
