The Dress

This beautiful, unused Catherine Parry ballgown has a simple elegance to it. The luxurious ivory silk and upper bodice detailing adds a regal touch to the dress, with a show-stopping train to add some extra glamour. The back fastens with a zip, cleverly concealed with elegant button detailing. This dress is a UK size 10, with a boned, structured bodice. The skirt is classed as a ballgown skirt, with some netting under the silk to give that larger appearance. However, I wouldn't say it's necessarily a large ballgown, more between a-line and ballgown in style. The dress is in perfect condition, undamaged and unused, and has been steamed.

I absolutely love this dress, it is easy to wear and the fabric is beautiful quality. The train on the dress makes you feel like a princess, and flows perfectly behind you when walking. The addition of a bustle fastening to clip up the train for dancing is a very handy feature, and is invisible so if you chose not to use it, nobody will know it's even there.
