Bought this beautiful and flowy dress by Watters at a used bridal boutique in Portland, Oregon but will not be wearing it on my special day. The top of the dress has been altered but could easily be altered again. I would have needed to alter again for a snug fit, and this wouldn’t have been a problem at all! It’s so flattering and lays so nicely across the chest. The skirt portion is so light and elegant. The way the fabric flows is the die for. This dress has so much movement and is so flattering on! Hoping to find a good home for it! Please don’t hesitate to make me an offer! I’d love to work with somebody on a budget :)

I believe this dress has been altered down close to a size 2. Could easily be altered again.
