The Dress

I'm selling my pre-owned gown, gently worn and in excellent condition. The lace detailing is exceptional and the construction of the silk dress is gorgeous, you'll make a statement at your wedding! There are no stains, rips, tears on the outside of the dress, there is a minimal sign of wear on the underside of the dress. Underneath the top silk layer is about five layers of tulle, and on one layer of tulle there are three tiny tears, which nobody can see (feel free to message me for closeup photos). The gown has been professionally cleaned and ready for you to wear!

Josephine is truly a romantic, timeless and elegant gown. She's gorgeous with beautiful handpainted floral designs on silk, exquisite French lace embroidery, and a long cathedral length train. She features a sweetheart lace bodice with removable off-the-shoulder sleeve caps. The gown is more ivory than white. In the video, the silk shines when it catches the light. This gown is super comfortable to wear for dancing, and you'll glide around the dance floor with a bustle.

Wear size 2-4 and 25-26 jean size.
Measurements: 34” bust, 30" waist, and 37" hip.

I have the original receipt itemizing the costs. The retail price quoted of $12,871 includes 9.5% taxes. The sale price is negotiable, and offers are welcomed.

Alterations

The dress was altered at Monique Lhuillier's LA flagship boutique located at 8485 Melrose Pl. Alterations include: - shortened to 5'8'' height, added corset boning with waist belt on inside of the dress to secure when wearing, added removable medium cups, and added extra lace appliques to hide the zipper on the back of the dress.

The long train has a gorgeous French bustle, which features color coded ties to fasten the train up toward the top of the skirt.
