The Dress

The Hazel dress by Anna Campbell has vintage charm suffused with playful femininity. It features a full skirt and tailored V-neck bust.
It is very comfortable to wear, and allows for easy dancing and movement throughout your big day!

The Hazel dress was designed and handmade in Melbourne, Australia

The underlining fabric is ivory power mesh, with an overlying ivory tulle, embroidered with a champagne-coloured peony floral pattern.
A silk dupion belt highlights the waste. The skirt is fastened with lace covered buttons.
It has been finished with a horsehair braid along the hem of the skirt to create structure and volume.

The dress has been tailor made to my body by the Anna Campbell team, however I wear a street size 18.

Modifications to the original dress were made by the in house Anna Campbell alterations team:
• Initially the dress was designed to be backless – however the back has been raised 15cm with extra buttons placed (now sits just below mid back)
• Extra layer of underlying power mesh so the gown is more supportive and the skirt is not see through
• The train can be bustled with a lace covered button AND there is also a finger loop at the bottom of the train if you would prefer.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned the day after the wedding. It has only very minor evidence of wear. There is a tiny hole (less than 1x1mm) in the overlying tulle on the back of the skirt. Otherwise it looks as good as new!

Regarding measurements - I am 176cm tall while wearing my wedding shoes (which the dress was tailored to the height of).
