The Dress

This is a beautiful skirt that I purchased at the One day June 2019 Sample sale in Abbotsford. I was seeking a sequin wedding dress in warm tones, however purchased the skirt as either something that could form the base of a wedding dress, or something that could be worn as a second outfit. Fast forward many covid related postponements (and eventually having a wedding dress made) - this skirt has not been worn.

It does not have a tag, however I do have the form and garnet bag to verify its purchase from the One Day Sample Sale. The skirt is 70cm at the waste, 122cm from waste to the bottom at the front, and 144cm to the back forming a small train. The skirt is A-line and essentially looks like the bottom of the NALA dress. the material is sheer and designed to wear a nude slip or body suit underneath. The fabric and the sequin/beading is beautiful. As the skirt has length to it, I was always planning on having the waist band altered to suit my larger than size 10 waist.

I've been unable to source a picture from the internet or instagram of this skirt, and as it was purchased at a sample sale, it may not have been part of the standard range.
