The Dress

Update: Brides to be, I will take offers. Let's help each other out. This is your dress.
I was not going to get a new dress, but when I put this one on, I fell in love. It made me feel like a queen! I also liked swaying in it, like a bell! For fun at the store, we fit my 3 nieces underneath of it. If you are looking to hide anything under your dress, there is plenty of space for people, dogs, a snack, etc.

I was against getting a strapless due to the concern of it falling down when I danced.
It fit perfectly snug, there were no unexpected moments of slippage!
I didn't have to tug at it one bit to keep it up!
That was my concern too, who wants pics that show you tugging at the dress?

I am including the petticoat, which is white size L from David's Bridal. BGHOOPSLIP-metal hoop removed.
I had both the dress & petticoat dry cleaned.

If I could have found this dress used, at the time, I would have purchased it used.
Now I am trying to recoup some of the cost.
The original price at David's Bridal was $999.00.
It cost $265.00 to dry clean (w. p-coat)

I wanted to wear it on the airplane on our honeymoon, but I decided against that, for resale purposes.

Alterations

Bustel hooks were added. I believe we took up the bottom, as I am 5'4" with the heels on. 5'3" without heels. I held it up when I had my flat shoes on.
