The Dress

From the moment I first slipped this dress on, it felt absolutely perfect. People in the store I didn't even know stopped what there were doing and came over to look. I felt comfortable and at ease in it, and relished living out my inner princess. I received SO many complements the day of the wedding, including, "This is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen." The children ran up to me after the wedding, entranced.... the photos just cannot do it justice. The color is a light blush in some light, a little more cream at other times. I would describe it as dusty blush/champagne. I love that about it. It is a very unique, special dress. I've never felt so beautiful in my life and I'm sure you will feel the same.

Purchased at Panache in Beverly Hills. It was a sample dress, so I got it on discount.

The mesh straps are little thin. It was fine for me, but one seamstress I took it to suggested strengthening it by adding another layer of mesh or replacing the mesh. This might be kind of intensive if you decide to go this route since you would have to reattach some beading. You could also alter it to make it strapless, I'm pretty sure.

There are also some minor stains on the inside layers of the bottom dress (not visible from the outside) - it was an outdoor wedding, as you can tell.

Dress is freshly dry-cleaned.

Alterations

Dress was taken down from a size 10 to a size 2. Pretty impressive! The seamstress left all the extra material inside the dress so it can be taken back out to any size 2-10.
