Brand new, purchased and then had a change of heart with dress style.
Brand new, only worn in store when it was picked up and then at home to take the displayed photos- nil alterations.
I had custom made pull length sleeves made out of the same material as the dress but never had them attached as changed mind with the dress.
Custom made over skirt comes with the dress.
