It is 2 in 1 with removable swag sleeves! I did not alter it and I usually wear size 4 - 6 so I will say it is pretty close to street size. The reason I am selling it for cheap is because there are some very minor signs of wear and tear (see photos) but they are not noticeable when wearing the dress. This dress is SUPER lightweight and just has the right poof. The inside layer of tulle is very sparkly and truly makes the dress look magical.
