New, unaltered, only worn to try on. I am 5'10" and 38DD with wide shoulders and the top was just a tad tight. I'm between a size 12-14 usually. Plenty of room on height, standing barefoot on a pedestal in the photos. The bow on the back is detachable, and the buttons are all illusion it's a full zip. Found my dream dress after buying this, definitely a gorgeous quality dress!
