The Dress

Selling my beautiful one of a kind Wedding Gown crafted by Gracelynn Bridal. This dress is so feminine, elegant and is custom made by a local designer that has been in the gown industry for over 20 years.

The dress itself is beautifully detailed with lace that was hand place on the body when made. The gown is not too heavy, comfortable, very easy to wear, and most important, easy to dance in- It also bustles and has loops.

There are two types of lace used – Chantilly being one of them. I wanted to create texture in my gown by using a fine flat lace for the bodice and a more textured lace to overlap the other in parts. The bodice is boned and has an inbuilt bra, I also wore a stick on bra with it for extra oomph. The skirt underlay is a 1.5 full circle georgette silk with a gathered overlay of french crepe silk. The back top is done up buy buttons and the bottom skirt is done up buy an invisible zip and a line of buttons.

This dress was only worn for 7 hours and was professionally cleaned immediately after the wedding. It comes with a preservation box (acid free) and full length garment bag.
The size is a 6-8, I’m sure certain elements can be altered, the length can defiantly be taken up as I am quite tall – 179cm.

Bust: 88cm Inches: 34.6
Waist: 65cm Inches: 25.5
Hips: 88cm Inches: 34.6

There are some minor tiny marks on the inside of the Gown near the floor but nothing visible from the outside. As mentioned above i am 179cm tall and i wore 7cm heels so depending on the height of the bride the dress may need to be taken up.
