The Dress

I LOVED wearing this dress- from start to finish- it really was a joy to wear and was surprisingly comfortable all day too. I never needed to have it tightened or adjusted throughout the day- it was literally the easiest thing I have worn!!

It is a versatile dress so I wore the lace top throughout the day until our first dance - then revealed the "other look" in the evening. A long silk belt hid the seam between top and dress- making it look like it was the way the dress was made.

The price includes the lace top and the belt (you can see all in the pictures) but happy to sell separate.

I had a bustle put in for dancing at night but apart from that- THE DRESS IS COMPLETELY UNALTERED. I am 5ft 10 and wore a low heel on the day so if you had this dress taken up the only damage to the dress would be gone too!

The small amount damage is some snagging as the satin has scraped along the floor- to be expected BUT like I said- if you had this dress shortened- you would lose that problem straight away.

I was nervous about the results of having had it dry-cleaned- but they were fantastic- I am genuinely pleased with the results and can send plenty of pictures of the train should you need.
