The dress is new, still has all of the tags on and the only time it has been worn was to try it on. I would love for this dress to absolutely shine on someone else, it’s beautiful. The dress has had no alterations. The dress is labled as a size 14, personally I think it would fit better on someone who is a size 12 and then there is always room to alter if needed.
