This is a gorgeous ball gown with pleated tulle. The top is a structures pleated tulle sweetheart line with 3D flowers and beautiful beading. It has a small train with a bustle. The skirt is full with 3D flowers with identical beading to the top. Absolutely stunning dress. It was a sample but it is in great condition. It was worn for about 2 hours. I’m willing to negotiate price.
