- Alterations were done in early 2023 by the seamstress recommended by the store, I believe her business name was Aya Alterations but it seems she's moved on so I can't give you a reference other than my own to say she was incredibly detail orientated and dedicated to her craft.

- I also purchased an underskirt / petticoat / crinoline, I don't know which exactly and googling the difference isn't helping to narrow it down but hey, it's free with the dress so you can decide (it was $350 at the time but of course it comes with the dress because where would I wear a puffy, tuel .. I think skirt without it).
- I'm 172cm tall / 5ft8 and I wore 8cm / 3 inch heels so I guess I was 180cm / 5ft11 on the day
- I am terrible at being ladylike so I only wore my dress for the ceremony and photos (don't worry I wasn't running around in the nude for the reception, I just changed into a party dress) so she's only really been worn for maybe a couple of hours all up and
- I paid a small fortune to have her professionally dry-cleaned and as far as I can see they did a fabulous job because there are no signs of our time outdoors but also I was super careful because I knew I'd part ways with her.
- Since then she's lived in her original dress bag, with her original labels nearby, in my spare bedroom cupboard, surrounded by moisture collectors just in case and has been periodically checked on and other than being a little stir crazy from her confinement, she is as good as new.
- I have been slow to post for sale because of who I am as a person, it's nothing against the dress and not because I can't bare to part with her. I am keen as mustard to see her living her best life and she deserves another chance to shine!
