Professionally custom-altered by The Wedding Clubs recommended seamstress. Berta Privée 23‑P101. This dress is one-of-a-kind—every detail refined for elegance and comfort.

I tried on over 50 wedding dresses and I'm so glad I went for this dress and had the back altered to make it perfect. So it not has a beautiful corset front but with an open back too!

This gown has been transformed into a one of a kind couture peice…. The structure, the detail, and the unique back make it stand out and more refined than the original runway version.

Custom Bespoke Alterations
• Back Redesign: Originally a closed-back gown, we had the back carefully cut open and finished with a delicate illusion mesh panel, creating a dramatic yet elegant low-back effect that looks even more refined than the runway version.
• Horsehair Trim: discreetly around the hem to give the skirt and train flawless structure, preventing bunching and ensuring every movement and photo looks incredible. (honestly would recommend every bride gets this done to their dress at the back because it creates such a nice shape on the skirt at the back - it sits much better than the original in my opinion).
• Bust & Side Tailoring: Subtle shaping added for a secure, flattering fit.
• Front Hem Shortened: Lifted slightly at the front to suit my height.

• Wrist Strap Added: A discreet hand strap sewn inside the train so it can be carried easily for dancing and walking without bustling.

Mesh detail: Two very small holes in the illusion mesh:
• One sits directly on a seam and is nearly invisible (see photo).
• The other is near the opposite seam, also discreet.
• Both are well hidden when worn in my opinion - close up photo for reference and if the dress is taken in for fit, they will likely disappear into the seam.
• Alternatively, the mesh panel can be replaced easily and affordably - allowing the next bride to even match it perfectly to her own skin tone.

Comes with - removable bust inserts that can be slotted in or sewn in, depending on preference. I also have 2 gown bags, the Berta one and the wedding club one.

• Fits like: UK 8 due to Berta’s small sizing
• Alterations provide a snug, elegant fit with scope for further adjustment if needed.

Its been dry cleaned and I only wore It for 5 hours as I changed into a second dress so there was no dancing in it.
